Media Types

This dialog defines media types that can be played using Windows Media Player, Quicktime Player, and Media Control Interface (MCI).  If you believe that addional files can be played using these tools on your system then you can update the file type here.  All file types are saved in a file in the TitleFactory folder.

Test Finger Speed

The Test Finger Speed adjustment allows an offset to be applied to all timecodes that are not effected by the coalesce setting.  That is, for new dialog, it is difficult to predict when the dialog will begin.  There is normally a delay between hearing the Voice, and pressing the mouse button.  This dialog sets the adjustment.  Hitting the Test button will cause a simple 'beep' to play and a random time.  When you hear the beep, press the mouse button again in a safe area of this dialog.  The measurement will be set for the delay encountered.  This can be run several times or overridden.  The adjustment can be turned off of unchecking the 'Use Adjustment' check box.
