Terms of Purchase
Your purchase allows you to use the TitleFactory product on a single
computer and requires you to activate the product prior to using it.
After paying for the product you will be able to activate it,
electronically. We recommend that you DO NOT
ACTIVATE THE PRODUCT ON A COMPUTER THAT YOU DO NOT PLAN TO USE IT ON.
The latest releases of TitleFactory (3.0 BLDP and later) have a feature
that allows you to perform a 'Deactivation' and this will allow you to
activate it on another computer. However, the 'Deactivation' must
be done, of course, on the computer on which you activated the product.
You will responsible for deactivating the TitleFactory product from your
computer if you know that you are going to replace, discard, or sell the
computer. We are not responsible if you cannot deactivate the
product because you do not possess the computer or your computer has
been disabled. We can no longer deactivate the product for you so
please do not ask us to do so.
TitleFactory has a demo mode that allows you to use the product in a
limited fashion. However, it contains functionality that allows
you to try out the product before purchasing it. By purchasing the
product you agree that you have tried out the demo version and find that
TitleFactory will meet your needs. Once you have purchased and
activated the product we can no longer provide a refund to you.
