New waveform display and options to display the waveform
to the project settings.

Added the ability to specify a video file (with sound) to
display in the video window and use a separate voice only audio file for
building the waveform. A audio file created just from audio tracks will
make the waveform more useful. On play or timecode record
operations, the audio is still played from the video file if it is specified.
If there is no video file then the audio will be played from the audio file.

Changed the timeline to automatically zoom to a level as
specified in the project settings, that is, zoom to 10, 20,or 30 pixels per
second.

Added a drop line to the timeline pointer and changed the
look of the pointer.

Added facility to use video conversion tools.

Added all text and timecode functions to the main menu
under Tools.

Changed default main window display eliminating the text
and timecode buttons.

Replaced the text and timecode scrollbars with a single
scroll bar.

Removed Manual Activation since this has not been used
for more than 2 years.

Removed some media options from preferences since they
are no longer needed. e.g., Video Display size is no longer required
since the user can now change the size by growing the window manually.
